Parcels under 2kg are usually sent by 1st class post and parcels over 2kg will go by carrier. They may need to be signed for so please try to give a delivery address where someone is present ( eg:- Work address)
PRIORITY DELIVERY SERVICE
For those whose orders are urgent we offer this service at an extra cost of £4.20. We must receive the order before 10.30am Monday- Friday and will then ensure that it goes out that night for delivery the following day. Friday orders will be delivered on Monday.
This service is only available on the UK mainland and in some more remote areas ( e.g., Scottish Highlands) may be a 2 day service.

Overseas Customers~We welcome orders from overseas. If you are outside the EEC you will not be charged VAT.Businesses within the EEC who can provide a VAT registration number will not be charged VAT.Postage charges will be based on the weight of the parcel and will vary. Out of Stock Items~We try to stock every item in our catalogue all the time. Unfortunately this is not always possible. We can send close substitutes if you indicate when ordering that this is acceptable to you. We can place items on Back order and send them on to you (postage free). Returns~We will credit or refund UNUSED items if returned to us within 30 days. Please ensure that anything returned is well packaged in a box orpadded envelope. We cannot credit returns which either fail to arrive or are damaged because of poor packaging. We will replace faulty goods if returned to us within 30 days. Please check all goods before making up jewellery.
